Flozy Webapp
Flozy is a web-based agency management software that simplifies the workflow and automates administrative tasks for agencies. With Flozy, agencies can manage their projects, clients, and tasks efficiently, saving time and increasing productivity.
Objective
The main objective of the redesign was to improve the usability and overall experience of the application. Our aim was to create a user-friendly interface that would simplify the complex workflows of the agency management process. We also wanted to make the application visually appealing and modern to appeal to a wider audience.
Discovery
Our team began the project by conducting user interviews to understand the pain points and challenges of the users. Based on the feedback we received, we identified several areas that needed improvement. We also conducted a competitor analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of similar products in the market.
Our design solution included
Our team started by creating a sitemap and wireframes to organize the application’s structure and user flow. We then created a modern and visually appealing interface using Webflow. The design included a fresh color palette, custom illustrations, and animations that brought the interface to life.
We made sure that the application’s navigation was intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for users to find the features they need quickly. We also streamlined the process of creating and managing projects, clients, and tasks, reducing the time required to complete these tasks.
Testing and Launch
Once we completed the design, we conducted user testing to get feedback on the new interface. Based on the feedback we received, we made a few minor adjustments and launched the new design.
